My first race back was Mooloolaba March 2008. However i cramped again! I decided something needed to be done about this cramping situation and i brought it down to an overactive TFL. That seemed to help.
I love sport. In particular Triathlon. I have way too much energy and training for triathlons is pretty much the only way i can wear myself out. And i do quite often but i dont know what i would do without exercise. It would literally kill me. And yes i am addicted to smashing myself!!
